ingredients

Varagu (Kodo Millet) Semiya (Vermicelli), Powdered Country Sugar, Powdered Milk, Cardamom Powder, Cashews and Raisins.

And nothing else!
HOW TO USE

1. Boil 200ml of water or milk in a saucepan.
2. Add the prepared payasam premix (100g) and stir well to avoid lumps.
3. Simmer for 5–7 minutes until the semiya is cooked and the mixture thickens.
4. Serve warm.
