ingredients

Ragi (FingerMillet) Flour, Rice flour, Urad dal flour and Salt.

And nothing else!
HOW TO USE

1. Take the 200g premix in a bowl.
2. Add water gradually, mix to form a smooth batter (slightly thinner than idly batter. Adjust salt as needed.
3. Optional: Add chopped onions, green chilies, or coriander leaves for extra flavor.
4. Heat a dosa tawa, spread a ladle of batter thinly.
5. Drizzle oil, cook on medium flame until golden brown. Flip and cook if needed.
