Delicious and fudgy brownies made with the goodness of Ragi, cocoa and brown sugar. A healthy twist to your classic dessert – easy to bake and guilt-free indulgence!
ingredients

Ragi Flour (Finger Millet Flour), Brown Sugar, Cocoa Powder, All-purpose Flour (Maida), Baking Powder, Baking Soda and iodized Salt.

And nothing else!
HOW TO USE

1.Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
2.Grease and line a baking dish.
3.Mix 1 cup (250g) premix with:
-100g melted butter or oil
-½ cup milk (or plant-based milk)
-¼ tsp vanilla extract
4.Stir until smooth and pour into the prepared pan.
5.Bake for 20–25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
6.Cool, slice, and enjoy!
